HOW ARE ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES CALCULATED?
You'll see an estimated delivery date in Checkout before you place your order, and in your Order Details after you've placed your order. We calculate delivery estimates by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the transit time based on the shipping method you've chosen. Since transit time is calculated using business days, Saturday and Sunday don't count toward the transit time (unless we've specifically offered a weekend delivery during Checkout).
DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES OR RURAL ZIP CODES?
Yes, but we cannot guarantee expedited or overnight deliveries to P.O. Boxes or rural zip codes—selecting standard shipping is the way to go.
Please note that if you have a US rural address, you’ll be unable to order hazardous materials including aerosols.
DO YOU SHIP TO AN APO/FPO/DPO ADDRESS?
Yes. We can ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address, however transit times can take up to 45 business days.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY TRACKING SAYS MY ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE?
Oh no! Please CONTACT US within 30 days of the delivery date so we can investigate further.
WHY ARE THERE SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS FOR MY SELFCARE ORDER?
If you’re located in Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, you’ll be unable to order hazardous materials including aerosols. If you’re located anywhere else in North America, all hazardous materials including aerosols are required to be sent by standard ground shipping.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Your gear will be processed and shipped within two business days of the order being placed. Please note that standard international shipping fees do not include taxes or duties and they may differ depending on your region.
HOW MUCH DUTY AND TAX WILL I HAVE TO PAY?
We're unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as this information will vary by country. Please note that if you place an order online, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges. If your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.
WILL YOU SHIP TO AN INTERNATIONAL P.O. BOX?
We do not ship to P.O. boxes outside of Canada and the US.
CAN YOU ADJUST THE VALUE OF MY ORDER?
No. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package content.
